Very friendly staff, nice environment to sit and read while waiting, the machines were modern and clean. Good selection of different-sized machines. I can't speak for the pricing since I'm new to the area.

I run Airbnb and have to say Tuan and his team are brilliant. Not only they service weekends when my previous linen company didn't (&charged more than Suds), they went out of their way to help me with last min volumes and turnarounds several times without complaint or charge extra for the runs during inconvenient times or Sunday off work times when business needed. I can see they value relationships with their customers and will go out of their ways to serve whenever needed. Tuan and his teams are also delightful to speak/work with, open to feedbacks and is such a support for my business. Can't highly recommend enough.

Love this laundrette, the place is clean. You can just pay with credit cards, Paypal or Apple Pay or traditional coins. Baskets are available, comfortable couch. Will go back and highly recommended!

Top notch service by friendly and helpful staff. Love the mobile pay option on the machines. They also have a vending machine which means you can enjoy a bag of chips or a chocolate bar while you wait for your load to finish.

I had a really good experience here. Had 13 shirts that needed drying and ironing (I washed them myself at home). They dried in 12 minutes ($2) and all were ironed beautifully. For someone who's pretty meticulous with my ironing, I was impressed

Have been using the Suds Laundrette home pick up and delivery service for several months now. (South Yarra area) Prompt, polite and professional service. Nothing is too hard for them, always receive the clothing and linen back in great condition, shirt ironed well and protected. Highly recommend!

Have been using Suds ironing and dry cleaning regularly for the past 4 months. The service and response time of the staff is fantastic. Especially love the locker drop-off and pick up system that can be used 24/7. Great service guys!

Very nice place. Clean. I went to three other laundromats in this area, but couldn't find one with a change machine as I didn't have coins. Luckily found Suds and it even has online payment. The change machine there was out of order. The machines are new looking and the atmosphere is nice too. Definitely will go back.

This place is the bees knees. I accidentally fell asleep one night waiting for my laundry (the couches they have there are super comfy). anyway one of the guys who I think owns the place and if not definjtely works there woke me up in the morning and gave me a bottle of water and two kit Kats. He was also insistent that I help myself to their detergent and softener, and was consistently helpful throughout my time there. The other person working there who I think is also an owner was an equally helpful woman. Aside from the awesome customer service the machines are all good quality and everything is reasonably priced. The whole place feels nice and clean unlike a lot of other coin launderettes. Also I noticed you can pay by card if you prefer and if you need any notes or coins exchanged the staff are more than happy to help you with that too. Highly recommend this place. Also love that it's open24 hours.

I have been using wash and fold services ever week for a few months and cannot fault it. Clothes can be collected from a locker after hours for my convenience. Communication is fantastic and prices are amazing. I have also used the self service machine and dryer’s and was very happy with that too as I didn’t need coins as you can pay via your phone.This place and the owners/staff are excellent!
